Iron Man is a 2008 superhero film based on the Marvel Comics superhero of the same name. It is the first installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It was directed by Jon Favreau and stars Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark, Terrence Howard as Lt. Colnel. James "Rhodey" Rhodes, Gwyneth Paltrow as Stark's assistant, Pepper Potts and Jeff Bridges as Obadiah Stane.
Synopsis
When wealthy industrialist Tony Stark is forced to build an armored suit after a life-threatening incident, he ultimately decides to use its technology to fight against evil.
